In Bezug auf die Gelenkgesundheit f\u00f6rdert NAG die Synthese von Hyalurons\u00e4ure, einem wichtigen Bestandteil des Knorpels und der Gelenkschmierung, indem es die Hyalurons\u00e4ure-Synthase-2 in Chondrozyten hochreguliert. [1] Durch die Steigerung der Hyalurons\u00e4ureproduktion unterst\u00fctzt NAG den Knorpelstoffwechsel, hilft dabei, den Knorpelabbau zu verhindern und reduziert Gelenkbeschwerden. oder 1000 mg den Knorpelabbau reduzierten und die Gelenkgesundheit unterst\u00fctzten. Dies wurde durch eine signifikante Verringerung des C2C\/PIICP-Verh\u00e4ltnisses des Typs II Kollagen-Abbaus zur Synthese belegt. [5]<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus bietet NAG entz\u00fcndungshemmende Vorteile, indem es die durch IL-1\u03b2 und TNF-\u03b1 induzierte Stickstoffmonoxid (NO)-Produktion in menschlichen Gelenk-Chondrozyten hemmt, was zu einer Reduktion von Schwellungen und Steifheit beitr\u00e4gt. [6] In einer separaten Studie berichteten Osteoarthritis-Patienten nach nur vier Wochen t\u00e4glicher Einnahme von signifikanten Verbesserungen der Gelenkbeweglichkeit und des Komforts, wobei sowohl die 500 mg- als auch die 1000 mg-Dosen eine Schmerzreduktion und verbesserte Beweglichkeit zeigten. [4]<\/p>\n<p>Die NAG-Formulierung von TCI adressiert auch altersbedingte Gelenkdegeneration, ein h\u00e4ufiges Problem bei \u00e4lteren Erwachsenen. Wenn der Knorpel sich verschlechtert, f\u00fchrt dies zu Schmerzen, Entz\u00fcndungen und eingeschr\u00e4nkter Bewegung.
