[5]<\/p>\n<p>De plus, le NAG offre des avantages anti-inflammatoires en inhibant la production d&rsquo;oxyde nitrique (NO) induite par l&rsquo;IL-1\u03b2 et le TNF-\u03b1 dans les chondrocytes articulaires humains, ce qui contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les gonflements et la raideur. [6] Dans une autre \u00e9tude, les patients atteints d&rsquo;arthrose ont rapport\u00e9 des am\u00e9liorations significatives du confort et de la mobilit\u00e9 des articulations apr\u00e8s seulement quatre semaines de prise quotidienne, avec des r\u00e9ductions de la douleur et une mobilit\u00e9 accrue pour les doses de 500 mg et 1000 mg. [4]<\/p>\n<p>La formulation de NAG de TCI cible \u00e9galement la d\u00e9gradation articulaire li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, un probl\u00e8me courant chez les adultes plus \u00e2g\u00e9s. \u00c0 mesure que le cartilage se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore, cela entra\u00eene douleur, inflammation et mobilit\u00e9 restreinte.
