Business Analyst – On-Site Role at TCI Biotech (American Fork, UT)

Location: 737 E 1180 S, American Fork, UT 84003 (On-site)

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct advanced statistical analysis using Python, R, and SQL to evaluate market trends, forecast organizational performance, and support strategic decision-making.

· Develop predictive business models (e.g., cost-benefit analyses, demand forecasting) to provide recommendations for market positioning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with product development, operations, and project management teams to design and implement process enhancements, optimizing production workflows through enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.

· Lead strategic initiatives by applying AI-driven analytics to evaluate client preferences, competitor positioning, and emerging trends, informing product development and geographic expansion plans.

· Identify opportunities for cost reduction and workflow improvement by performing quantitative analysis of operational data, workflow assessments, and scenario planning.

· Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented business strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.

· Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights through clear reports and presentations for stakeholders, aiding in strategic planning and organizational change management.

· Support workforce planning by analyzing labor trends, evaluating training needs, and recommending organizational structure improvements to enhance productivity.

· Monitor records and information systems to ensure data protection, retrieval, and compliance with company requirements.

· Research industry trends and analyze organizational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics; AND

· 2 years of experience in business or market analytics.

Salary: $37,000–$55,000/yr
